Design Principles
In the ‘A’ Block of City Pearl 341 apartments are under construction. To make these apartments as cozy and comfortable as possible, we have applied the following design principles:
All our apartments are spacious homes bathed in natural light (275 cm or more ceiling height), with large glass surfaces and comfortable living spaces. In addition to these, special green terraces, gardens or penthouses are also available in this phase. All of this is complemented by a 0-24 hour reception, two lifts per staircase for a total of three separate staircases within the A Building, storage, bicycle storage and a multi-level underground garage. The purchase price also includes premium tiling, the built-in wardrobe at entrance hall, necessary wiring for air conditioning systems, necessary preparations for shades and a fully furnished bathroom.

The apartments are also equipped with premium quality ceramic and laminate flooring, MABISZ certified security entrance doors and digital intercom systems. The system can be used to open the front door of the building and allows the person standing in the apartment and at the door to talk to each other.
The entire building will have a thermal insulation system of the appropriate thickness and quality (including external insulation and multi-layered insulated windows) in accordance with the AA energy rating of the building permit. The building will have an individually metered district heating system to provide heating and hot water.
