This historical site where City Pearl will be realized opened with a magnificent ceremony in 1872 has survived to the present day with the characteristic Water Tower and the Imperial Style Ballroom reflecting the architecture of the period.
Apart from the Water Tower and Ballroom, which are located in the square of the project and have been renovated by preserving their original architecture, another structure that draws attention with its details is the two sculptured doors that welcome you at the entrance.
