On April 10-11, we experienced exciting days at City Pearl: during our large-scale open house, we welcomed many visitors who had the opportunity to get to know the new center of the Millennium Quarter firsthand. During the event, our guests could tour the completed apartments of Phase I, including the fully furnished show apartment, while our expert colleagues guided them through the modern homes and communal spaces.
For the open house, we offered exclusive discounts to new buyers, in addition to the 15% discount on parking spaces and storage units and the ongoing 5% brownfield tax benefit. Participants of the event could see for themselves just how livable and green the environment will be for future residents, and how comfortable and spacious the apartments at City Pearl are.
Guided tours started every hour, giving every interested visitor the chance to thoroughly explore the residential park, ask questions, and even book a private viewing appointment on the spot.
