Does the brownfield VAT refund apply to the apartments at City Pearl?
Yes – over and above the discounts above, the City Pearl project area has been granted priority brownfield development status by decision of the Brownfield Committee, meaning that buyers who satisfy the conditions may reclaim the 5% VAT content of the apartment’s purchase price via the Hungarian State Treasury.
The principal conditions for the refund are:
• A private individual buyer with Hungarian citizenship
• A new apartment with a total usable floor area of less than 150 m²
• The apartment is situated in a brownfield action area (City Pearl qualifies)
• May be applied for following full payment of the purchase price and entry of ownership in the land registry
• The subsidy is a non-repayable state grant, disbursed by the Treasury

What is the handover schedule?
he apartments in Phase I are available for immediate occupancy. The apartments in Phase II are expected to be completed within the current year. The exact handover dates are agreed simultaneously at the time of contract signing, and our buyers are notified in writing regarding each phase. During handover, the apartments are delivered subject to a technical inspection.
Is there a possibility to purchase or rent a parking space?
The available parking spaces located in the underground garage of the residential park may be purchased in connection with the apartments. Precise information on prices and available spaces will be provided by the sales office upon request for a quotation. Rental is not possible.
Is it possible to charge an electric car?

Precise information regarding the exact amount and the services included will be provided by the sales office.
What kind of warranty do I get on the apartment?
For newly built apartments, we provide the warranty prescribed by the applicable legislation. This covers the structural warranty [10 years] and the general warranty period [3 years]. The precise details of the warranty are contained in the relevant government decree and in our warranty statement.
Furthermore, within the framework of the handover procedure, the condition of the apartment is jointly inspected, and any justified defects identified are remedied within the scope of the warranty.
